However, at a more expensive store, and a well known one at that, they better be on the top of their game with their customer service- if not everything. Seriously, people are spending thousands of dollars here. I know that I might have gotten different treatment because I’m a younger customer, but seriously? 15+ minutes, and I wasn’t even walking around. I was in front of you, at the desk just waiting for you to acknowledge me. I started tapping my fingers too, like I was being so obvious. Patient? Oh no, not today.
